V\u00e1clava, kn\u00ed\u017eete \u010desk\u00e9ho a v\u011brn\u00e9ho panovn\u00edka na\u0161ich zem\u00ed, nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v plnosti seps\u00e1n, ne\u0159ekneme-li, jak se sv. V\u00e1clav o blah\u00e9 zv\u011bsti \u2013 Evangeliu \u2013 dozv\u011bd\u011bl. Chceme-li shrnout \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed t\u00e9to zv\u011bsti od po\u010d\u00e1tku, pak nen\u00ed lep\u0161\u00edch slov, jak za\u010d\u00edt, ne\u017e l\u00ed\u010den\u00ed t\u011bchto v\u011bc\u00ed u sv. apo\u0161tola Jana: \u201eNa po\u010d\u00e1tku bylo Slovo.\u201c A jak v\u00edme, kdy\u017e Slovo p\u0159eb\u00fdvalo mezi n\u00e1mi, vyvolilo si apo\u0161toly, kter\u00e9 po sv\u00e9m zmrtv\u00fdchvst\u00e1n\u00ed vyslalo do sam\u00fdch kon\u010din zem\u011b, aby hl\u00e1sali radostnou zv\u011bst. A kdy\u017e byl \u201ecel\u00fd sv\u011bt\u201c christianizov\u00e1n, byli vysl\u00e1ni dva moud\u0159\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 za hranice tohoto civilizovan\u00e9ho sv\u011bta mezi barbary, aby \u010desk\u00fd n\u00e1rod pou\u010dili o Slovu. Sv. Cyril a Metod\u011bj polo\u017eili stavebn\u00ed kameny slovansk\u00e9ho k\u0159es\u0165anstv\u00ed. Na t\u011bchto stavebn\u00edch kamenech pak mohla r\u016fst v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e1 sv\u011btice, sv. Ludmila, babi\u010dka V\u00e1clavova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fd rozvoj v \u010cech\u00e1ch p\u0159ed narozen\u00edm sv. V\u00e1clava<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By\u0165 existuje tradice, \u017ee sv. Ludmilu pok\u0159til s\u00e1m sv. Metod\u011bj, dle historik\u016f ji m\u011bl pok\u0159t\u00edt Kaich \u2013 slovansk\u00fd kn\u011bz vyslan\u00fd z Moravy. Je t\u00e9\u017e zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee Kaich pro c\u00edl sv\u00e9 misie vybral nam\u00edsto centra Prahy Lev\u00fd Hradec. O pok\u0159es\u0165an\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u010cech usiloval ji\u017e man\u017eel sv. Ludmily Bo\u0159ivoj, kter\u00fd Kaicha z Moravy p\u0159ivedl. Setkal se v\u0161ak se siln\u00fdm odporem m\u00edstn\u00edch, co\u017e vedlo ke vzpou\u0159e a jeho vypuzen\u00ed ze zem\u011b. Bo\u0159ivoj tak pobyl n\u011bjakou dobu u Svatopluka na Morav\u011b. Kdy\u017e se navr\u00e1til do sv\u00e9 zem\u011b, usiloval op\u011bt o to intenzivn\u011bji o zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed k\u0159es\u0165anstv\u00ed, o \u010dem\u017e sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed kostel, kter\u00fd nechal postavit, zasv\u011bcen\u00fd p\u0159esvat\u00e9 Bohorodi\u010dce, jeho\u017e poz\u016fstatky jsou dodnes zachov\u00e1ny.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na tuto Bo\u0159ivojovu ak\u010dnost m\u011bla dozajista vliv i jeho man\u017eelka sv. Ludmila. By\u0165 se za po\u010d\u00e1tek jej\u00ed historick\u00e9 \u00falohy pokl\u00e1d\u00e1 a\u017e vychov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed sv. V\u00e1clava, jist\u011b sehr\u00e1lo v d\u011bjin\u00e1ch svou roli i jej\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed dopad na p\u0159\u00edpravu k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9ry v \u010cech\u00e1ch.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" id=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed ud\u00e1lost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla pozitivn\u00ed vliv na upevn\u011bn\u00ed slovansk\u00e9 bohoslu\u017eby na na\u0161em \u00fazem\u00ed, bylo vyhn\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f sv. Cyrila a Metod\u011bje po Metod\u011bjov\u011b zesnut\u00ed roku 885. By\u0165 p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st \u017e\u00e1k\u016f uprchla do Bulharska, \u010d\u00e1st, kter\u00e1 uprchla do \u010cech, zde mohla stav\u011bt na ji\u017e Bo\u0159ivojem zaveden\u00e9 cyrilometod\u011bjsk\u00e9 tradici a d\u00e1le ji rozv\u00edjet a upev\u0148ovat.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" id=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bo\u0159ivoj byl vskutku prvn\u00edm k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fdm vlada\u0159em, ale a\u017e jeho syn Spytihn\u011bv od\u010dinil otcovu \u201evinu\u201c, \u017ee vedl sv\u016fj lid ke Kristu ve stop\u00e1ch sv. Metod\u011bje, a navr\u00e1til \u010cechy pod z\u00e1padn\u00ed biskupstv\u00ed v \u0158eznu. Nem\u016f\u017eeme se tedy divit, setk\u00e1me-li se v z\u00e1padn\u00ed literatu\u0159e s ozna\u010den\u00edm Spytihn\u011bva za prvn\u00edho k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9ho vlada\u0159e v \u010cech\u00e1ch. Za vl\u00e1dy Spytihn\u011bva I. do\u0161lo k pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed c\u00edrkve \u0158eznu, av\u0161ak m\u00edstn\u00ed slovansk\u00e1 tradice pokra\u010dovala bez probl\u00e9m\u016f i nad\u00e1le. Kv\u016fli tomuto pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u0161ak nemohla slovansk\u00e1 bohoslu\u017eba u n\u00e1s zcela dominovat a latinsk\u00e1 bohoslu\u017eba byla t\u00e9\u017e zastoupena velkou m\u011brou. D\u016fvodem, kter\u00fd nedovolil z\u00e1padn\u00edm biskup\u016fm, aby slovanskou bohoslu\u017ebu v \u010cech\u00e1ch vysloven\u011b vym\u00fdtili, byla zap\u00e1lenost, s jakou si vl\u00e1dnouc\u00ed rod ve slovansk\u00e9 bohoslu\u017eb\u011b liboval.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" id=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lze se domn\u00edvat, \u017ee latinsk\u00e1 i slovansk\u00e1 bohoslu\u017eba na na\u0161em \u00fazem\u00ed existovala \u201esvorn\u011b vedle sebe\u201c.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" id=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> Tento n\u00e1zor, \u017ee mezi latinsk\u00fdm a slovansk\u00fdm kl\u00e9rem nebyla \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 \u0159evnivost, Kadlec od\u016fvod\u0148uje takto: <em>\u201eMezi slovansk\u00fdm a latinsk\u00fdm kl\u00e9rem nebylo \u0159evnivosti, proto\u017ee m\u011bli v\u0161ichni pln\u00e9 ruce pr\u00e1ce, a krom\u011b toho slovan\u0161t\u00ed kn\u011b\u017e\u00ed nebyli nikterak v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u00ed a mimo slovan\u0161tinu ovl\u00e1dali stejn\u011b jako \u017e\u00e1ci Metod\u011bjovi i latinu.\u201c<\/em> Bavorsk\u00fd kl\u00e9r sice mohl b\u00fdt p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den o povolen\u00ed slovansk\u00e9 bohoslu\u017eby pape\u017eem,<a href=\"#_ftn6\" id=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a> av\u0161ak nem\u016f\u017eeme opomenout d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd konflikt o Filioque. By\u0165 \u0158\u00edm uznal neopr\u00e1vn\u011bnost vsuvky o vych\u00e1zen\u00ed Ducha Svat\u00e9ho i ze Syna, kter\u00e1 za\u010dala b\u00fdt vkl\u00e1d\u00e1na do symbolu v\u00edry, byla situace v z\u00e1padn\u00ed c\u00edrkvi takov\u00e1, \u017ee byla tato nov\u00e1 v\u011brouka c\u00edrkv\u00ed prakticky ji\u017e p\u0159ijata. Pape\u017e Mikul\u00e1\u0161 I. (na stolci v letech 858\u2013867) p\u0159\u00edmo vyzval cel\u00fd latinsk\u00fd episkop\u00e1t k tomu, aby br\u00e1nil tuto doktr\u00ednu \u201ede processione ab utroque\u201c.<a href=\"#_ftn7\" id=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a> Nakolik byla slovansk\u00e1 bohoslu\u017eba nositelkou v\u00fdchodn\u00ed teologie, nebyla t\u00edmto z\u00e1padn\u00edm u\u010den\u00edm ovlivn\u011bna a z\u016fst\u00e1vala v\u011brna p\u016fvodn\u00edmu zn\u011bn\u00ed symbolu v\u00edry. Ot\u00e1zka p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nosti k t\u00e9 kter\u00e9 jazykov\u00e9 tradici tak byla nejen liturgickou, ale t\u00e9\u017e v\u011brou\u010dnou.<a href=\"#_ftn8\" id=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po Spytihn\u011bvov\u011b smrti se vl\u00e1dy uj\u00edm\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed Ludmilin syn, Spytihn\u011bv\u016fv bratr Vratislav, otec V\u00e1clav\u016fv. Vratislavova man\u017eelka Drahom\u00edra, by\u0165 pok\u0159t\u011bn\u00e1 k\u0159es\u0165anka, byla pod siln\u00fdm vlivem sv\u00e9ho rodu, kter\u00fd byl horliv\u00fdm odp\u016frcem k\u0159es\u0165anstv\u00ed.<a href=\"#_ftn9\" id=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a> Je tak ot\u00e1zkou, do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry byla Drahom\u00edra skute\u010dnou k\u0159es\u0165ankou, \u010di zda byla k\u0159es\u0165ankou sp\u00ed\u0161e jen form\u00e1ln\u011b. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b jej\u00edch pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch odsouzen\u00edhodn\u00fdch skutk\u016f nem\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159\u00edmo vyvozovat mnoho o jej\u00edch teologick\u00fdch p\u0159edstav\u00e1ch, m\u016f\u017eeme v\u0161ak \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee v praxi Kristovo u\u010den\u00ed nen\u00e1sledovala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sv. V\u00e1clav naopak pro k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9 ide\u00e1ly horlil velice.<a href=\"#_ftn10\" id=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a> Narozen ji\u017e do k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed m\u011bl mo\u017enost vyr\u016fst v Kristu do dosp\u011blosti a to mu jist\u011b zajistilo silnou duchovn\u00ed podporu b\u011bhem dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. D\u00e1le se mu dost\u00e1lo zcela mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bylo na z\u00e1pad\u011b i u panovn\u00edk\u016f velmi nezvykl\u00e9.<a href=\"#_ftn11\" id=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyu\u010dov\u00e1n slovansk\u00fdmi kn\u011b\u017e\u00edmi a vychov\u00e1v\u00e1n sv. Ludmilou stal se stejn\u011b jako jeho p\u0159edch\u016fdci<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>panovn\u00edkem zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00fdm ve slovansk\u00e9 tradici, kter\u00e1 z\u016fst\u00e1vala ve v\u011brou\u010dn\u00e9 jednot\u011b s&nbsp;v\u00fdchodn\u00edmi patriarch\u00e1ty. Nad sv\u00e9 p\u0159edch\u016fdce v\u0161ak vynikal velikou horlivost\u00ed pro Krista, co\u017e dokazoval, v souladu s evangeliem, sv\u00fdmi skutky a dobrodin\u00edmi, jimi\u017e n\u00e1sledoval Krist\u016fv p\u0159\u00edklad. Evangelium na\u0161eho P\u00e1na Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e Krista v\u0161ak nebylo pro mlad\u00e9ho kn\u00ed\u017eete jedin\u00fdm vzorem. Kristi\u00e1nova legenda l\u00ed\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee byla V\u00e1clavova babi\u010dka \u017eenou <em>\u201eve v\u0161ech dobr\u00fdch skutc\u00edch dokonalou\u201c. <\/em>Byla to <em>\u201ematka sirotk\u016f, ut\u011b\u0161itelka vdov, ne\u00fanavn\u00e1 nav\u0161t\u011bvovatelka spoutan\u00fdch a uv\u011bzn\u011bn\u00fdch\u201c <\/em>a t\u00e9\u017e <em>\u201ev almu\u017en\u00e1ch byla \u0161t\u011bdr\u00e1 a v&nbsp;no\u010dn\u00edch pobo\u017enostech vytrval\u00e1, v modlen\u00ed n\u00e1bo\u017en\u00e1, v l\u00e1sce dokonal\u00e1, v poko\u0159e mez\u00ed neznaj\u00edc\u00ed, v p\u00e9\u010di o sluhy bo\u017e\u00ed tak pohotov\u00e1\u201c<\/em>.<a href=\"#_ftn12\" id=\"_ftnref12\">[12]<\/a> Jak se ostatn\u011b t\u00e9\u017e v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b pravideln\u011b modl\u00edme na bohoslu\u017eb\u00e1ch v troparu<a href=\"#_ftn13\" id=\"_ftnref13\">[13]<\/a> sv. Ludmily: <em>\u201eKdy\u017e zanechala jsi temnotu modloslu\u017eby, s horouc\u00ed l\u00e1skou p\u0159ijala jsi sv\u011btlo pravoslavn\u00e9 v\u00edry Kristovy. Zjevila ses, Ludmilo, jako hv\u011bzda jit\u0159n\u00ed a sv\u011btlem svatosti sv\u00e9 den prav\u00e9 Boho\u00facty v \u010cesk\u00e9 zemi jsi zapo\u010dala. Matko chud\u00fdch, podporo ochromen\u00fdch, sv\u011btlo slep\u00fdch, ut\u011b\u0161itelko zarmoucen\u00fdch, rosou modliteb sv\u00fdch p\u0159ed Hospodinem zavla\u017e milostiv\u011b ve v\u00ed\u0159e nete\u010dn\u00e1 a zarmoucen\u00e1 srdce lidu sv\u00e9ho. Zjasni o\u010di na\u0161e a nedej n\u00e1m zahynouti od nep\u0159\u00e1tel na\u0161ich.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn14\" id=\"_ftnref14\"><strong>[14]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e Drahom\u00edra sledovala, jak jej\u00ed syn V\u00e1clav vyr\u016fst\u00e1 v Pravd\u011b, byla znepokojena odklonem V\u00e1clavov\u00fdch sv\u011bton\u00e1zor\u016f od n\u00e1zor\u016f v\u011bt\u0161inov\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti a za\u017eit\u00fdch zvyklost\u00ed. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed to nebyli jen sv. V\u00e1clav s jeho babi\u010dkou sv. Ludmilou proti cel\u00e9mu sv\u011btu. Mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed na dvo\u0159e t\u00e9\u017e p\u0159\u00e1lo nov\u00e9mu v\u00fdvoji ud\u00e1lost\u00ed v&nbsp;zemi, a tak, kdy\u017e vyc\u00edtili mo\u017en\u00e9 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed ze strany Drahom\u00edry kv\u016fli jej\u00edm n\u00e1zor\u016fm, sv\u011b\u0159ili tehdy je\u0161t\u011b t\u0159in\u00e1ctilet\u00e9ho chlapce v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u011b do Ludmiliny v\u00fdchovy. Drahom\u00ed\u0159e byla ponech\u00e1na dosavadn\u00ed vl\u00e1da nad zem\u00ed, av\u0161ak byla j\u00ed odep\u0159ena mo\u017enost vlivu na V\u00e1clavovu formaci.<a href=\"#_ftn15\" id=\"_ftnref15\">[15]<\/a> M\u016f\u017eeme si pov\u0161imnout t\u00e9to proz\u00edravosti v investici do v\u00fdchovy budouc\u00ed vl\u00e1dnouc\u00ed generace oproti snaze o n\u00e1hlou zm\u011bnu st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed spole\u010dnosti. Ne nadarmo ozna\u010dujeme na\u0161e d\u011bti za \u201ena\u0161i budoucnost\u201c a jejich spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 formace je to, co rozhodne o tom, jak\u00fdm sm\u011brem se bude cel\u00e9 lidstvo v&nbsp;budoucnu ub\u00edrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro\u010d by v\u0161ak Drahom\u00edra, jej\u00ed\u017e byla vl\u00e1da, m\u011bla p\u0159ihl\u00ed\u017eet takov\u00e9mu bezpr\u00e1v\u00ed, kter\u00e9 j\u00ed bylo u\u010din\u011bno odejmut\u00edm pr\u00e1va na v\u00fdchovu vlastn\u00edho syna? R\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby \u010f\u00e1bel rozdm\u00fdch\u00e1val v jej\u00edm srdci osobn\u00ed nen\u00e1vist v\u016f\u010di sv. Ludmile, a\u017e na jej\u00ed povel do\u0161lo k umu\u010den\u00ed svat\u00e9 kn\u011b\u017eny.<a href=\"#_ftn16\" id=\"_ftnref16\">[16]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Osoba sv. V\u00e1clava<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e1clav v\u011bd\u011bl o \u010dinech sv\u00e9 matky, a by\u0165 mu bylo teprve osmn\u00e1ct let, m\u011bl p\u0159i sv\u00e9m n\u00e1stupu na tr\u016fn horlivou \u0159e\u010d<a href=\"#_ftn17\" id=\"_ftnref17\">[17]<\/a>, ve kter\u00e9 jednozna\u010dn\u011b odsoudil vra\u017edy v\u0161eho druhu a uvalil na lid d\u016frazn\u00e9 upozorn\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 vra\u017eda v jeho zem\u00edch bude jeho horlivost\u00ed usilovn\u011b st\u00edh\u00e1na pod trestem st\u011bt\u00ed hlavy.<a href=\"#_ftn18\" id=\"_ftnref18\">[18]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dv\u011b znep\u0159\u00e1telen\u00e9 strany, \u201epro Drahom\u00edru\u201c a \u201eproti Drahom\u00ed\u0159e\u201c, byly st\u00e1le v rozep\u0159i. Av\u0161ak i strana proti Drahom\u00ed\u0159e zast\u00e1vala pon\u011bkud extr\u00e9mn\u00ed stanoviska, kdy p\u0159ipisovala Drahom\u00ed\u0159e \u00famysl, kter\u00fd nikdy nem\u011bla, zab\u00edt oba dva sv\u00e9 syny, aby se mohla vl\u00e1dy ujmout sama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e1clav op\u011bt v\u0161echny \u0161okoval, kdy\u017e, by\u0165 tak mlad\u00fd, jednal velmi rozhodn\u011b a vys\u00eddlil vlastn\u00ed matku z Prahy daleko mimo dosah vl\u00e1dnouc\u00ed politiky. I Drahom\u00edra, vidouc V\u00e1clavovu ak\u010dnost, se \u00fadajn\u011b sm\u00ed\u0159ila s V\u00e1clavov\u00fdmi siln\u00fdmi k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fdmi ide\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9, jak se Drahom\u00ed\u0159e uk\u00e1zalo, automaticky neimplikovaly slabo\u0161stv\u00ed ve vl\u00e1d\u011b.<a href=\"#_ftn19\" id=\"_ftnref19\">[19]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z politick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f do\u0161lo k odklonu \u010cech od Bavorska a k p\u0159\u00edklonu sp\u00ed\u0161e k Sas\u016fm, jejich\u017e spojenectv\u00ed bylo podporov\u00e1no hrozbou ze strany Ma\u010far\u016f. Tento politick\u00fd rozvoj se odrazil t\u00e9\u017e i v duchovn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b obyvatel. \u00dacta k fransk\u00e9mu biskupovi sv. Emmeramovi<a href=\"#_ftn20\" id=\"_ftnref20\">[20]<\/a> zesl\u00e1bla. Naopak byly ze Saska \u010cech\u016fm darov\u00e1ny ostatky sv. V\u00edta, kter\u00fdm byla p\u0159ipisov\u00e1na st\u00e1totvorn\u00e1 moc.<a href=\"#_ftn21\" id=\"_ftnref21\">[21]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de samotn\u00e9 osobnosti sv. V\u00e1clava, m\u016f\u017eeme sledovat v legend\u00e1ch dva zd\u00e1nliv\u011b si proti\u0159e\u010d\u00edc\u00ed proudy. Jeden proud se sna\u017e\u00ed sv. V\u00e1clava v\u011brn\u011b s tehdej\u0161\u00edm ide\u00e1lem siln\u00e9ho panovn\u00edka, podle kter\u00e9ho m\u011bl b\u00fdt v\u017edy p\u0159ipraven krut\u011b zmrskat ka\u017ed\u00e9ho h\u0159\u00ed\u0161n\u00edka, kter\u00fd se toul\u00e1 po kr\u010dm\u00e1ch a opou\u0161t\u00ed v\u00edru, \u010di je p\u0159ipravit o hlavu, pokud by se nad\u00e1le jeho p\u0159\u00edkaz\u016f nezalekli.<a href=\"#_ftn22\" id=\"_ftnref22\">[22]<\/a> Jak\u00fdsi n\u00e1znak objektivnosti mo\u017en\u00e1 m\u016f\u017eeme hledat v takov\u00fdch v\u00fdroc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 i projevy protilehl\u00e9 V\u00e1clavovy str\u00e1nky, ne\u017e je prim\u00e1rn\u011b c\u00edlem textu. V tomto sv\u011btle nen\u00ed pochyb o V\u00e1clavov\u011b zbo\u017enosti a odep\u0159\u00edt mu z\u00e1rove\u0148 nem\u016f\u017eeme ani jeho r\u00e1znost a s\u00edlu, bez kter\u00e9 by se v tehdej\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b jen st\u011b\u017e\u00ed mohl st\u00e1t uzn\u00e1van\u00fdm a respektovan\u00fdm vl\u00e1dcem. Tuto V\u00e1clavovu neboj\u00e1cnost a state\u010dnost podlo\u017eenou jeho fyzick\u00fdmi schopnostmi m\u016f\u017eeme pozorovat i ve vykreslen\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bhu V\u00e1clavova zabit\u00ed, kdy dok\u00e1zal zastra\u0161it Boleslavovy spiklence a\u017e tak, \u017ee \u201eklesli na sedadla\u201c, a vytrhnout Boleslavovi z ruky me\u010d. To, \u017ee V\u00e1clav na pozv\u00e1n\u00ed v\u016fbec p\u0159i\u0161el, by\u0165 byl mnohokr\u00e1t varov\u00e1n, je jedn\u00edm z ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch tenden\u010dn\u00edch proud\u016f objas\u0148ov\u00e1no tak, \u017ee byl sv. V\u00e1clav p\u0159ipraven p\u0159ijmout mu\u010dednickou smrt, kter\u00e9 se nezalekl. V\u00e1clav zaslou\u017eil o pok\u0159es\u0165an\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti. Ne\u0161lo v\u0161ak p\u0159itom \u201epouze\u201c o to, aby lid\u00e9 p\u0159ijali k\u0159es\u0165anskou v\u00edru. I dnes vid\u00edme, jak lid\u00e9 vn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed do praktick\u00e9 v\u00edry mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch aspekt\u016f sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota, kter\u00e9 nejsou prim\u00e1rn\u011b p\u0159\u00edmo spjaty s k\u0159es\u0165anstv\u00edm, \u010di n\u011bkdy jsou dokonce s k\u0159es\u0165anstv\u00edm v rozporu. \u0160lo tedy o mnohem hlub\u0161\u00ed \u00fakol, kter\u00fd spo\u010d\u00edval v tom, aby se radik\u00e1ln\u011b zm\u011bnilo sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed obyvatelstva a aby lid\u00e9 opustili pohansk\u00e9 p\u0159e\u017eitky.<a href=\"#_ftn24\" id=\"_ftnref24\">[24]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z legend v\u00edme, \u017ee sv. V\u00e1clav truchlil nad pohansk\u00fdmi tendencemi n\u00e1roda a \u017ee se siln\u011b zaslou\u017eil o odklon \u010cech\u016f od pohansk\u00fdch zvyklost\u00ed k prav\u00e9 oslav\u011b Boha. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b o konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch reform\u00e1ch toho mnoho nev\u00edme. M\u00e1me kup\u0159\u00edkladu zm\u00ednky o odklonu od muk a krut\u00fdch trest\u016f \u010di o osvobozov\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed z otroctv\u00ed. Nedo\u0161lo v\u0161ak definitivn\u011b k vym\u00fdcen\u00ed krut\u00fdch praktik. V\u00e1clavovi n\u00e1sledovn\u00edci i 100 let po n\u011bm takov\u00e9 tresty zmi\u0148uj\u00ed. Co se otroctv\u00ed t\u00fd\u010de, tak se V\u00e1clav anga\u017eoval osobn\u011b p\u0159i odkupov\u00e1n\u00ed nezletil\u00fdch otrok\u016f a jejich darov\u00e1n\u00ed kn\u011b\u017e\u00edm, aby t\u011bmto d\u011btem poskytl lep\u0161\u00ed budoucnost, ne\u017e by bylo jejich p\u0159eprod\u00e1n\u00ed do Uher \u010di Ar\u00e1bie. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b se pak sv. V\u00e1clav zaslou\u017eil o postaven\u00ed mnoha chr\u00e1m\u016f.<a href=\"#_ftn25\" id=\"_ftnref25\">[25]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sv. V\u00e1clav pokra\u010doval v udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00fdch vztah\u016f s \u0158eznem, st\u00fdkal se s n\u011bmeck\u00fdm kn\u011b\u017estvem a podstupoval i v\u00fdpravy do \u0158\u00edma. To v\u0161e se, spolu se svato\u0159e\u010den\u00edm sv. Ludmily, p\u0159ikl\u00e1d\u00e1 politick\u00e9 snaze u\u010dinit z Prahy biskupstv\u00ed. Mohlo by se na z\u00e1klad\u011b tohoto na prvn\u00ed pohled zd\u00e1t, \u017ee byla na na\u0161em \u00fazem\u00ed za V\u00e1clavovy vl\u00e1dy d\u00e1v\u00e1na p\u0159ednost latinsk\u00e9 bohoslu\u017eb\u011b, opak je v\u0161ak pravdou. Na dvo\u0159e p\u016fsobili kn\u011b\u017e\u00ed slovan\u0161t\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed byli, jak jsme si ji\u017e vysv\u011btlili, nositeli pravoslav\u00ed. I na venkov\u011b byla slovansk\u00e1 liturgie v&nbsp;oblib\u011b, a to d\u00edky sv\u00e9 jazykov\u00e9 prakti\u010dnosti.<a href=\"#_ftn26\" id=\"_ftnref26\">[26]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mu\u010dednick\u00e1 smrt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pouh\u00fdch osm let od po\u010d\u00e1tku vl\u00e1dy sv. V\u00e1clava 28. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 929 do\u0161lo k jeho zabit\u00ed ve Star\u00e9 Boleslavi, kde se ze sv. V\u00e1clava stal \u010desk\u00fd mu\u010dedn\u00edk. \u0160lo o politick\u00e9 spiknut\u00ed velmo\u017e\u016f, kter\u00fdm se p\u0159\u00ed\u010dil V\u00e1clav\u016fv milosrdn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k \u017eivotu a jeho d\u016fraz na christianiza\u010dn\u00ed aktivity. Boleslavov\u00fdch slabin pak velmo\u017eov\u00e9 vyu\u017eili jako prost\u0159edek k uskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto c\u00edl\u016f.<a href=\"#_ftn27\" id=\"_ftnref27\">[27]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rozvoj svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e9 \u00facty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smrt mlad\u00e9ho panovn\u00edka, nav\u00edc panovn\u00edka natolik bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho Bohu, pohnula sv\u011bdom\u00edm mnoha lid\u00ed i z \u0159ad odp\u016frc\u016f jeho zp\u016fsobu vl\u00e1dy. Samotn\u00fd Boleslav u\u010diniv pok\u00e1n\u00ed nechal 3 roky po V\u00e1clavov\u011b mu\u010dednick\u00e9 smrti p\u0159en\u00e9st jeho ostatky do Prahy, co\u017e bylo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm kanoniza\u010dn\u00edm aktem. Nejen u n\u00e1s, ale i v Bavorsku se z\u00e1hy za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 rozv\u00edjet svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e1 \u00facta. Tam tak\u00e9 vznikla prvn\u00ed latinsk\u00e1 svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e1 legenda \u201eCrescente fide christiana\u201c. M\u00e1me t\u00e9\u017e doklady o vzniku staroslov\u011bnsk\u00e9 legendy vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010desk\u00fd dialekt staroslov\u011bn\u0161tiny. Z\u00e1hy t\u00e9\u017e vznikaj\u00ed na \u010desk\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed chr\u00e1my zasv\u011bcen\u00e9 sv. V\u00e1clavovi. Tato \u00facta spad\u00e1 do obdob\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed z\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm pra\u017esk\u00e9ho biskupstv\u00ed. Druh\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd biskup sv. Vojt\u011bch pak dal pokyn k seps\u00e1n\u00ed zn\u00e1m\u00e9 Kristi\u00e1novy legendy.<a href=\"#_ftn28\" id=\"_ftnref28\">[28]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i \u010dten\u00ed legend z 10. stolet\u00ed spat\u0159ovali tehdej\u0161\u00ed k\u0159es\u0165an\u00e9 v hr\u016fzn\u00e9m \u010dinu bratrovra\u017edy souboj mezi star\u00fdmi pohansk\u00fdmi a nov\u00fdmi k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fdmi mravy. Svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e1 \u00facta byla sice siln\u00e1, av\u0161ak sv. V\u00e1clav je\u0161t\u011b nebyl pokl\u00e1d\u00e1n za n\u00e1rodn\u00edho patrona. V 11. a 12. stol. roste p\u0159\u00edliv n\u011bmeck\u00fdch kn\u011b\u017e\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u011b ohro\u017euj\u00ed v \u010cech\u00e1ch ji\u017e tradi\u010dn\u00ed slovanskou bohoslu\u017ebu. Z t\u00e9to hrozby z&nbsp;germanizace a ztr\u00e1ty slovansk\u00e9 liturgiky se probouz\u00ed pot\u0159eba obracet se v modlitb\u011b za ochranu n\u00e1roda k&nbsp;n\u00e1rodn\u00edm sv\u011btc\u016fm, a to zejm\u00e9na ke sv. V\u00e1clavovi. V 11. stolet\u00ed se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 sv. V\u00e1clav objevovat na \u010desk\u00fdch minc\u00edch vedle podobizny aktu\u00e1ln\u011b vl\u00e1dnouc\u00edho kn\u00ed\u017eete. \u0160lo jednak o symbol \u010desk\u00e9 st\u00e1tnosti a z\u00e1rove\u0148 o jej\u00ed napojen\u00ed na kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed nebesk\u00e9. Pra\u017esk\u00fd hrad se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 naz\u00fdvat hradem sv. V\u00e1clava a vznikaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 oslavn\u00e9 p\u00edsn\u011b. Obraz sv. V\u00e1clava se objevuje t\u00e9\u017e na st\u00e1tn\u00ed pe\u010deti a jeho sv\u00e1tek se st\u00e1v\u00e1 dnem ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00edho setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00edch velmo\u017e\u016f zem\u011b, na kter\u00e9m doch\u00e1zelo k d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm rozhodnut\u00edm a usnesen\u00edm. Letopisec z 12. stolet\u00ed proto popisuje \u010desk\u00fd n\u00e1rod jako \u201erodinu sv. V\u00e1clava\u201c.<a href=\"#_ftn29\" id=\"_ftnref29\">[29]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jist\u00fd v\u00fdvoj v \u010dase prod\u011bl\u00e1val i zp\u016fsob zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u011btce. Na minc\u00edch z po\u010d\u00e1tku 11. stolet\u00ed je sv. V\u00e1clav vyobrazov\u00e1n jako mnich s rukama zk\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00fdma na prsou. V dal\u0161\u00ed generaci je ji\u017e vyobrazov\u00e1n jako skute\u010dn\u00fd v\u00e9voda s helmou na hlav\u011b a korouhv\u00ed v ruce. Postupem doby p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 st\u00e1le v\u00edce zbroje, a\u017e nab\u00fdv\u00e1 sv. V\u00e1clav ve 12. stolet\u00ed podoby ozbrojence na koni. Toto vojensk\u00e9 vyobrazen\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 jsme dnes zvykl\u00ed, podporovalo p\u0159edstavu sv. V\u00e1clava jako aktivn\u00edho ochr\u00e1nce \u010desk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu a \u010desk\u00e9ho n\u00e1roda. V t\u00e9to dob\u011b se sv. V\u00e1clav zcela st\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010desk\u00fdm patronem.<a href=\"#_ftn30\" id=\"_ftnref30\">[30]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00fd rozvoj svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e9 \u00facty nast\u00e1v\u00e1 ve stolet\u00ed 14. za vl\u00e1dy Karla IV., kter\u00fd o sv. V\u00e1clavovi s\u00e1m p\u00ed\u0161e legendu a nech\u00e1v\u00e1 zhotovit kr\u00e1lovskou korunu, kterou prohl\u00e1s\u00ed za majetek sv. V\u00e1clava, a je tud\u00ed\u017e v\u0161em \u010desk\u00fdm panovn\u00edk\u016fm pouze prop\u016fj\u010dov\u00e1na. \u010ce\u0161t\u00ed kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 se tak st\u00e1vaj\u00ed po dobu sv\u00e9ho panov\u00e1n\u00ed nositeli v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 koruny svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e9.<a href=\"#_ftn31\" id=\"_ftnref31\">[31]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b byla svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e1 \u00facta siln\u00e1 i mezi husity a s\u00e1m Hus byl ctitelem sv. V\u00e1clava. Nakolik bylo husitsk\u00e9 hnut\u00ed v dob\u011b sv\u00e9ho vzniku motivov\u00e1no odklonem od katolick\u00fdch novot a n\u00e1vratu k prav\u00e9 oslav\u011b Boha, byl jim tento pravoslavn\u00fd sv\u011btec bl\u00edzk\u00fd a v\u0161\u00edmali si v jeho legend\u00e1ch kup\u0159\u00edkladu p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00ed pod oboj\u00edm, co\u017e byla jedna z v\u00edcero z\u00e1sadn\u00edch odli\u0161nost\u00ed v\u00fdchodn\u00ed a z\u00e1padn\u00ed bohoslu\u017eby. V husitsk\u00fdch chr\u00e1mech se tak m\u016f\u017eeme setkat s vyobrazen\u00edmi Husa vedle \u010desk\u00fdch n\u00e1rodn\u00edch sv\u011btc\u016f. Nap\u0159\u00edklad m\u016f\u017eeme zm\u00ednit vyobrazen\u00ed sv. Vojt\u011bcha, jak slou\u017e\u00ed bohoslu\u017ebu a p\u0159isluhuj\u00ed mu sv. V\u00e1clav s Husem.<a href=\"#_ftn32\" id=\"_ftnref32\">[32]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By\u0165 p\u016fvodn\u011b motivov\u00e1ni touhou po o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed katolick\u00e9 c\u00edrkve od nov\u00fdch nespr\u00e1vn\u00fdch prvk\u016f, stali se dal\u0161\u00ed generace protestant\u016f kv\u016fli absenci c\u00edrkve, ve kter\u00e9 by mohli b\u00fdt zako\u0159en\u011bni, spole\u010dnost\u00ed, jej\u00ed\u017e teologie se rapidn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed. Zavrhnut\u00edm \u00facty ke sv\u011btc\u016fm tak do\u0161lo samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i k zavrhnut\u00ed \u00facty ke sv. V\u00e1clavovi. Fakt, \u017ee sta\u0159\u00ed \u010de\u0161t\u00ed sv\u011btci p\u0159ij\u00edmali pod oboj\u00edm, v\u0161ak p\u0159esto sbli\u017eoval zlutherizovan\u00e9 husity a stoupence Jednoty bratrsk\u00e9, a to v\u010detn\u011b jejich p\u0159edn\u00edch z\u00e1stupc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se v duchu n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e9 a n\u00e1rodn\u00ed tradice hl\u00e1sili k svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e9 \u00fact\u011b. V katolick\u00e9 c\u00edrkvi pak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e1 \u00facta pokra\u010duje nad\u00e1le.<a href=\"#_ftn33\" id=\"_ftnref33\">[33]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e byl \u010desk\u00fd n\u00e1rod v 17. stolet\u00ed na hranici poroben\u00ed tzv. Svatou \u0159\u00ed\u0161\u00ed \u0159\u00edmskou, kter\u00e1 nutno podotknout nebyla svat\u00e1 a nebyla t\u00e9\u017e ani \u0158\u00edmskou \u0159\u00ed\u0161\u00ed, obracel se o to v\u00edce v\u0161echen lid ke sv. V\u00e1clavovi s&nbsp;prosbou o z\u00e1chranu: <em>\u201eNedej zahynouti! Zahyneme-li, tob\u011b zahyneme. Ty z patron\u016f \u010desk\u00e9 zem\u011b nejp\u0159edn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, V\u00e1clave, Vratislavem bu\u010f a navra\u0165 sv\u00fdm \u010cech\u016fm jejich starou sl\u00e1vu! \u2026 Od nov\u00fdch obyvatel zem\u011b marn\u011b bys \u010dekal \u00factu, kterou T\u011b zem\u011b \u010desk\u00e1 od tolika v\u011bk\u016f miluje \u2026 Nedej zahynouti n\u00e1m ni budouc\u00edm!\u201c <\/em>Takto promlouval jezuita Balb\u00edn \u00fasty cel\u00e9ho n\u00e1roda.<a href=\"#_ftn34\" id=\"_ftnref34\">[34]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V Balb\u00ednov\u011b duchu pokra\u010duje svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e1 \u00facta i p\u0159es cel\u00e9 vlasteneck\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 baroko (17.\u201318. stol.) a dlouho o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed obrozen\u00ed (19. stolet\u00ed) t\u00e9\u017e p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed v souvislosti se svatov\u00e1clavskou idej\u00ed.<a href=\"#_ftn35\" id=\"_ftnref35\">[35]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e1 koruna v t\u00e9to dob\u011b sice ji\u017e nem\u011bla naplnit nad\u011bje lidu, aby byla polo\u017eena na hlavu dal\u0161\u00edho zbo\u017en\u00e9ho \u010desk\u00e9ho panovn\u00edka, byla v\u0161ak cel\u00e9 19. stol. symbolem b\u00fdval\u00e9 samostatnosti. O jak siln\u00fd n\u00e1rodn\u00ed symbol \u0161lo, se uk\u00e1zalo r. 1867, kdy byly \u010desk\u00e9 korunova\u010dn\u00ed klenoty vezeny z V\u00eddn\u011b, kam byly odvezeny Mari\u00ed Terezi\u00ed, do Prahy. By\u0165 jel vlak \u010desk\u00fdmi zem\u011bmi v noci, byly pod\u00e9l cesty od B\u0159eclavi a\u017e k Praze velk\u00e9 davy lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed s j\u00e1sotem, slavnostn\u00edmi ohni, st\u0159elbou, zvon\u011bn\u00edm a hudbou v\u00edtaly \u010deskou korunu. Po p\u0159\u00edjezdu do Prahy byla koruna vezena v arcibiskupsk\u00e9m ko\u010d\u00e1\u0159e do chr\u00e1mu, kde arcibiskup pra\u017esk\u00fd kardin\u00e1l Bed\u0159ich ze Schwarzenbergu, s\u00e1m velik\u00fd vlastenec, odslou\u017eil slavnostn\u00ed bohoslu\u017ebu. Jeden z nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdtvor\u016f \u010desk\u00e9ho socha\u0159stv\u00ed, Myslbekova socha sv. V\u00e1clava, je st\u00e1le dominantou V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je dodnes st\u0159edobodem pra\u017esk\u00e9ho d\u011bn\u00ed.<a href=\"#_ftn36\" id=\"_ftnref36\">[36]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sv. V\u00e1clav byl nad\u00e1le na\u0161\u00ed \u00fat\u011bchou i v dob\u011b prvn\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky.
