V&nbsp;roce 2022 jich bylo zaregistrov\u00e1no 27,5 tis\u00edc \u2013 nejm\u00e9n\u011b za posledn\u00edch 65 let. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b st\u00e1rnut\u00ed populace je nad\u00e1le aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm probl\u00e9mem v\u011bt\u0161iny evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b na\u0161\u00ed. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk obyvatel \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky je 42,6 let (\u00fadaje za rok 2022). Trval\u00e9 st\u00e1rnut\u00ed populace lehce zbrzdila jen migra\u010dn\u00ed vlna z Ukrajiny, kter\u00e1 zahrnovala zejm\u00e9na d\u011bti a \u017eeny v produktivn\u00edm v\u011bku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokles po\u010dtu potrat\u016f je pozitivn\u00ed tendence, ale 27,5 tis\u00edc potrat\u016f nen\u00ed jen such\u00e1 statistika, je to 27,5 tis\u00edc zahuben\u00fdch \u017eivot\u016f.&nbsp; K\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9 c\u00edrkve (aspo\u0148 ty z&nbsp;nich, kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b maj\u00ed n\u011bco spole\u010dn\u00e9ho s&nbsp;Kristov\u00fdm u\u010den\u00edm) tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee um\u011bl\u00fd potrat je vra\u017edou bezbrann\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte, a nesouhlas\u00ed s&nbsp;prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm zast\u00e1nc\u016f liber\u00e1ln\u00ed pseudomor\u00e1lky, \u017ee je to pouh\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitost \u017eensk\u00e9 fyziologie a pr\u00e1va \u017een zach\u00e1zet se sv\u00fdm t\u011blem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00edsmo svat\u00e9 o po\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch lidsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle Bible lidsk\u00fd \u017eivot za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v&nbsp;mate\u0159sk\u00e9m l\u016fn\u011b. Kr\u00e1l David takto popisuje vznik nov\u00e9ho \u017eivota: <em>M\u00e9 nitro zformovals ty s\u00e1m, v l\u016fn\u011b m\u00e9 matky jsi m\u011b tkal\u2026 Jedin\u00e1 z m\u00fdch kost\u00ed ti nebyla ukryta, kdy\u017e jsem byl vskrytu formov\u00e1n, kdy\u017e jsem byl hn\u011bten v zemsk\u00fdch hlubin\u00e1ch!&nbsp;M\u016fj z\u00e1rodek tv\u00e9 o\u010di vid\u011bly, v\u0161echno jsi zapsal do knihy \u2013 dny, je\u017e mi byly ur\u010deny, ne\u017e za\u010dal prvn\u00ed z&nbsp;nich<\/em> (\u017dalm 139:13,15-16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O tomt\u00e9\u017e sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed spravedliv\u00fd Job: <em>Tv\u00e9 ruce m\u011b ztv\u00e1rnily a ud\u011blaly se v\u0161\u00edm v\u0161udy\u2026&nbsp;Co\u017e jsi m\u011b nenalil do n\u00e1doby jako ml\u00e9ko a jako s\u00fdr nenechal srazit?&nbsp;P\u0159iod\u011bl jsi m\u011b k\u016f\u017e\u00ed a masem, propletls m\u011b \u0161lachami a kostmi,&nbsp;nakl\u00e1dal jsi se mnou milosrdn\u011b, dals mi \u017eivot a tv\u016fj dohled st\u0159e\u017eil m\u00e9ho ducha<\/em> (Job10:8, 10-12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;P\u00edsmu jsou pops\u00e1ny situace, kdy B\u016fh povolal \u010dlov\u011bka ke slu\u017eb\u011b d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e se narodil. Tak proroka Jeremi\u00e1\u0161e Hospodin znal, ne\u017e ho \u201ezformoval v mat\u010din\u011b l\u016fn\u011b\u201c a posv\u011btil ho, \u201ene\u017e p\u0159i\u0161el na sv\u011bt\u201c (Jeremi\u00e1\u0161 1:4-5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Novoz\u00e1konn\u00ed vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed o setk\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159esvat\u00e9 Bohorodice s Al\u017eb\u011btou zd\u016fraz\u0148uje osobn\u00ed existenci nenarozen\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka a jeho schopnost vn\u00edmat milost Ducha Svat\u00e9ho. <em>Jakmile tv\u016fj pozdrav do\u0161el k m\u00fdm u\u0161\u00edm, d\u011b\u0165\u00e1tko v m\u00e9m l\u016fnu posko\u010dilo radost\u00ed, <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapen\u00e1 Al\u017eb\u011bta p\u0159i setk\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;Pannou Mari\u00ed (Luk\u00e1\u0161 1:44).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1vo nenarozen\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte na \u017eivot<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edrkev sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee lidsk\u00fd \u017eivot za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v&nbsp;okam\u017eiku po\u010det\u00ed a ji\u017e v&nbsp;l\u016fn\u011b sv\u00e9 matky \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na \u017eivot. \u201eI ten, kter\u00fd teprve bude, je \u010dlov\u011bkem,\u201c psal v&nbsp;2. stolet\u00ed k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fd autor Tertuli\u00e1n<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unik\u00e1tn\u00ed genom odli\u0161uje embryo od jak\u00e9koli bu\u0148ky t\u011bla jeho otce nebo matky. Po celou dobu v\u00fdvoje by nov\u00fd lidsk\u00fd organismus nem\u011bl b\u00fdt pova\u017eov\u00e1n za sou\u010d\u00e1st t\u011bla matky, a proto by jeho odstran\u011bn\u00ed nem\u011blo b\u00fdt pova\u017eov\u00e1no za \u201enezbytnou l\u00e9\u010dbu\u201c pro matku. Rodi\u010de jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00ed p\u0159ed Bohem za v\u00fdvoj a ochranu nenarozen\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka. Z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9 sp\u00e1ch\u00e1n\u00ed potratu v jak\u00e9koli f\u00e1zi t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed je \u00famysln\u00fdm odebr\u00e1n\u00edm \u017eivota nenarozen\u00e9mu d\u00edt\u011bti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lidsk\u00fd \u017eivot p\u0159ed narozen\u00edm i po n\u011bm je nedotknuteln\u00fd. Pr\u00e1vo na \u017eivot mus\u00ed zahrnovat ochranu lidsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota od okam\u017eiku po\u010det\u00ed. Jak\u00e9koli zasahov\u00e1n\u00ed do \u017eivota vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed se lidsk\u00e9 osobnosti je poru\u0161en\u00edm tohoto pr\u00e1va. Modern\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed a n\u00e1rodn\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed akty zabezpe\u010duj\u00ed a chr\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivot a pr\u00e1va d\u011bt\u00ed, dosp\u011bl\u00fdch a senior\u016f. Stejn\u00e1 logika ochrany lidsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota by se m\u011bla vztahovat na jeho obdob\u00ed od okam\u017eiku po\u010det\u00ed do narozen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravoslavn\u00e1 c\u00edrkev h\u00e1j\u00ed pr\u00e1vo \u010dlov\u011bka na \u017eivot od okam\u017eiku po\u010det\u00ed, \u017eehn\u00e1 v\u0161em ve\u0159ejn\u00fdm snah\u00e1m zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdm na ochranu mate\u0159stv\u00ed a porodu a vyz\u00fdv\u00e1 st\u00e1ty k legislativn\u00ed podpo\u0159e ochrany \u017eivota a zdrav\u00ed nenarozen\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Postoj c\u00edrkve k potrat\u016fm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edrkev jednozna\u010dn\u011b p\u0159irovn\u00e1v\u00e1 dobrovoln\u00fd chirurgick\u00fd nebo l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd potrat k vra\u017ed\u011b, bez ohledu na f\u00e1zi t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed a zp\u016fsob jeho sp\u00e1ch\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z tohoto d\u016fvodu je vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed \u201epr\u00e1va na potrat\u201c, tedy \u201epr\u00e1va na zabit\u00ed\u201c, nep\u0159ijateln\u00e9. Nep\u0159ijateln\u00fd je i argument, \u017ee potrat je mo\u017en\u00fd v dob\u011b, ne\u017e embryo z\u00edsk\u00e1 \u201e\u017eivotaschopnost\u201c, tedy dos\u00e1hne stupn\u011b nitrod\u011blo\u017en\u00edho v\u00fdvoje, kdy je schopno p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt mimo t\u011blo matky, s p\u0159ihl\u00e9dnut\u00edm k mo\u017enostem rehabilitace. T\u011bhotenstv\u00ed je p\u0159irozen\u00fd, dlouhodob\u00fd proces, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m se formuje nov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk jak v obdob\u00ed tzv. \u201e\u017eivotaschopnosti\u201c, tak p\u0159ed n\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ran\u00fd k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fd text Didach\u00e9 (konec 1.\u2013 za\u010d\u00e1tek 2. stolet\u00ed) vyz\u00fdv\u00e1: \u201eNezabije\u0161 nenarozen\u00e9 ani narozen\u00e9 d\u011bcko<a href=\"#_ftn2\" id=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>\u201c. Stejn\u00e1 my\u0161lenka je zd\u016frazn\u011bna v jin\u00e9m ran\u011b k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9m zdroji \u2013 Barnab\u00e1\u0161ov\u011b listu (konec 1.\u2013 za\u010d\u00e1tek 2. stolet\u00ed): \u201eNezab\u00edjej nenarozen\u00e9 ani narozen\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" id=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>\u201c Hovo\u0159\u00ed se v&nbsp;n\u011bm tak\u00e9 o lidech, kte\u0159\u00ed jdou cestou temnot a \u201ezab\u00edjej\u00ed d\u011bti a ni\u010d\u00ed z\u00e1rodek Bo\u017e\u00ed<a href=\"#_ftn4\" id=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>\u201c. Tertuli\u00e1n p\u00ed\u0161e: \u201eMy m\u00e1me zak\u00e1z\u00e1no zab\u00edt i plod po\u010dat\u00fd v l\u016fn\u011b matky a dokud je\u0161t\u011b proud\u00ed v \u010dlov\u011bku krev, nen\u00ed dovoleno plod zni\u010dit. Zabr\u00e1nit zrozen\u00ed je urychlen\u00e1 vra\u017eda a nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, zda vyrve du\u0161i \u010di zni\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b rod\u00edc\u00edho se \u010dlov\u011bka<a href=\"#_ftn5\" id=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svat\u00fd Jan Zlato\u00fast\u00fd (4. stolet\u00ed \u2013 po\u010d\u00e1tek 5. stolet\u00ed) pova\u017euje potrat za z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zlo\u010din ne\u017e vra\u017edu: \u201eVid\u00edte, jak z opilstv\u00ed poch\u00e1z\u00ed smilstvo, ze smilstva plyne cizolo\u017estv\u00ed, z cizolo\u017estv\u00ed vra\u017eda, nebo p\u0159esn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno n\u011bco hor\u0161\u00edho ne\u017e vra\u017eda. Ani nev\u00edm, jak to nazvat, proto\u017ee se zde nezab\u00edj\u00ed narozen\u00e9, ale zabra\u0148uje se samotn\u00e9mu narozen\u00ed<a href=\"#_ftn6\" id=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svat\u00fd Jeron\u00fdm ze Stridonu (4. stolet\u00ed \u2013 po\u010d\u00e1tek 5. stolet\u00ed) \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: \u201eN\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed, kdy\u017e zjist\u00ed, \u017ee po\u010dali mimo man\u017eelstv\u00ed, vezmou jed na potrat a \u010dasto samy zem\u0159ou spolu se sv\u00fdm d\u00edt\u011btem a jdou do pekla, provinil\u00e9 ze t\u0159\u00ed zlo\u010din\u016f: zabit\u00ed sebe sama, cizolo\u017estv\u00ed a zabit\u00ed sv\u00e9ho nenarozen\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte<a href=\"#_ftn7\" id=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a>.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druh\u00e9 pravidlo sv. Basila Velik\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: \u201eTa, je\u017e \u00famysln\u011b zahub\u00ed plod za\u010dat\u00fd v \u00fatrob\u00e1ch, podl\u00e9h\u00e1 trestu za vra\u017edu. Nem\u00e1me p\u0159esn\u00e9ho rozli\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed mezi plodem ji\u017e utvo\u0159en\u00fdm nebo je\u0161t\u011b neutvo\u0159en\u00fdm. Nebo\u0165 zde je nutno trestati nejen za to, co se m\u011blo naroditi, n\u00fdbr\u017e i za to, \u017ee se vydala nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, jeliko\u017e \u017eeny od takov\u00fdch pokus\u016f velmi \u010dasto um\u00edraj\u00ed. K tomu se p\u0159idru\u017euje i zahuben\u00ed z\u00e1rodku jako druh\u00e1 vra\u017eda od t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 se toho \u00famysln\u011b odv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>91. pravidlo Trullsk\u00e9ho sn\u011bmu stanov\u00ed: \u201e\u017deny, kter\u00e9 poskytuj\u00ed lekvary, zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00ed nedono\u0161en\u00ed plodu v&nbsp;l\u016fn\u011b, a ty, je\u017e p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed jedy, umrtvuj\u00edc\u00ed plod, podvrhujeme epitimii pro vra\u017eedn\u00edky.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ochrana mate\u0159stv\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K \u017eivotn\u00edm okolnostem, kter\u00e9 nut\u00ed \u017eeny k potratu, pat\u0159\u00ed mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u00ed nouze a bezmoc, stejn\u011b jako t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mlad\u00e9m v\u011bku a t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed bez partnera. V tomto ohledu prevence potrat\u016f vy\u017eaduje vypracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed na ochranu matek a d\u011bt\u00ed, jako\u017e i zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed podm\u00ednek pro osvojen\u00ed a um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed do p\u011bstounsk\u00fdch rodin d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 matka z toho \u010di onoho d\u016fvodu nem\u016f\u017ee vychov\u00e1vat sama. \u017deny, kter\u00e9 se ocitly v t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed situaci, pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed pomoc jak st\u00e1tu, tak nest\u00e1tn\u00edch organizac\u00ed a c\u00edrkve. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 \u017eenu v t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed i po porodu podporovat a pom\u00e1hat j\u00ed napl\u0148ovat jej\u00ed povol\u00e1n\u00ed matky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi soci\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u016fvody, kter\u00e9 \u017eeny nut\u00ed k potratu, pat\u0159\u00ed zni\u010den\u00ed instituce rodiny, orientace na individualistick\u00e9 hodnoty, propaganda a dostupnost potratu. V tomto ohledu prevence potrat\u016f vy\u017eaduje ochranu rodiny, mate\u0159stv\u00ed a d\u011btstv\u00ed a tak\u00e9 ustaven\u00ed ve spole\u010dnosti ide\u00e1l\u016f \u010distoty, rodinn\u00e9 v\u011brnosti, radosti z mate\u0159stv\u00ed a rodin s&nbsp;mnoha d\u011btmi. Propaganda potrat\u016f v jak\u00e9koli form\u011b je nep\u0159ijateln\u00e1. \u00da\u010dast pravoslavn\u00e9ho k\u0159es\u0165ana na takov\u00e9 propagand\u011b je h\u0159\u00edch a vy\u017eaduje \u010dinn\u00e9 pok\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00e9\u010de o \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 sp\u00e1chaly potrat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ov\u0161em ani \u017eena, kter\u00e1 se dopustila stra\u0161n\u00e9ho h\u0159\u00edchu, by nem\u011bla z\u016fstat bez duchovn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de. Pot\u0159ebuje uzdraven\u00ed duchovn\u00ed r\u00e1ny, kterou si zp\u016fsobila. Takov\u00e9ho uzdraven\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dosa\u017eeno pok\u00e1n\u00edm. Pravoslavn\u00e1 c\u00edrkev za \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed nem\u016f\u017ee ud\u011blit po\u017eehn\u00e1n\u00ed pro potrat. Av\u0161ak \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 podstoupily potrat, nezavrhuje, ale vyz\u00fdv\u00e1 je k pok\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f h\u0159\u00edchu modlitbou a \u010dinn\u00fdm pok\u00e1n\u00edm, po nich\u017e j\u00ed bude znovu dovolena \u00fa\u010dast na sp\u00e1sn\u00fdch sv\u00e1tostech. M\u00edru pok\u00e1n\u00ed ur\u010duje kn\u011bz, kter\u00fd p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 zpov\u011b\u010f od \u017eeny, kter\u00e1 se dopustila potratu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale v p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu ohro\u017een\u00ed \u017eivota matky p\u0159i pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na pokud m\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed d\u011bti, se doporu\u010duje projevit shov\u00edvavost v pastora\u010dn\u00ed praxi. \u017dena, kter\u00e1 za takov\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed p\u0159eru\u0161\u00ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, nen\u00ed vylou\u010dena z eucharistick\u00e9ho spole\u010denstv\u00ed s c\u00edrkv\u00ed, ale toto spole\u010denstv\u00ed je podm\u00edn\u011bno pln\u011bn\u00edm osobn\u00edho kaj\u00edc\u00edho modlitebn\u00edho pravidla, kter\u00e9 ur\u010duje jej\u00ed duchovn\u00ed otec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bhotn\u00e1 \u017eena, kter\u00e1 dobrovoln\u011b odm\u00edtla interrupci za cenu ohro\u017een\u00ed sv\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed nebo dokonce \u017eivota (nap\u0159. je-li nutn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt terapii neslu\u010ditelnou se zachov\u00e1n\u00edm plodu p\u0159i nemoc\u00edch ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00edch \u017eivot matky), je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem mate\u0159sk\u00e9 ob\u011btavosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zodpov\u011bdnost p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch a bl\u00edzk\u00fdch osob za sp\u00e1ch\u00e1n\u00ed potratu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bhotn\u00e1 \u017eena pot\u0159ebuje v\u0161estrannou podporu bl\u00edzk\u00fdch, a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm otce d\u00edt\u011bte. Z\u00e1m\u011br \u017eeny podstoupit potrat b\u00fdv\u00e1 zp\u016fsoben neschopnost\u00ed nebo neochotou jej\u00edho man\u017eela nebo p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch poskytnout j\u00ed pot\u0159ebnou podporu p\u0159i v\u00fdchov\u011b d\u011bt\u00ed. Otec nese stejnou zodpov\u011bdnost za h\u0159\u00edch zabit\u00ed nenarozen\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte, pokud souhlas\u00ed s potratem. V&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00fdch pravoslavn\u00fdch c\u00edrkv\u00edch to, \u017ee man\u017eel nut\u00ed \u017eenu k potratu, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt d\u016fvodem pro zru\u0161en\u00ed c\u00edrkevn\u00edho s\u0148atku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mor\u00e1ln\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnost za rozhodnut\u00ed j\u00edt na potrat dopad\u00e1 tak\u00e9 na rodi\u010de, p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9 a bl\u00edzk\u00e9 \u017eeny, pokud ji k tomu donut\u00ed. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed nut\u00ed \u017eenu k potratu, by m\u011bli podl\u00e9hat p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdm kanonick\u00fdm trest\u016fm jako spolupachatel\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Odpov\u011bdnost zdravotn\u00edk\u016f za proveden\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9ho p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edrkev upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee h\u0159\u00edch pad\u00e1 i na du\u0161i l\u00e9ka\u0159e, kter\u00fd prov\u00e1d\u00ed potrat. Svat\u00fd Basil Velik\u00fd p\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee \u201eti, kdo\u017e d\u00e1vaj\u00ed l\u00e9ky k potratu z\u00e1rodku v&nbsp;\u00fatrob\u011b, jsou vrazi, stejn\u011b jako ty, kter\u00e9 pij\u00ed jedy, vra\u017ed\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1rodek<a href=\"#_ftn8\" id=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a>.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd st\u00e1t mus\u00ed garantovat pr\u00e1vo zdravotn\u00edk\u016f odm\u00edtnout proveden\u00ed potratu z d\u016fvod\u016f jejich k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9ho vyzn\u00e1n\u00ed. Nelze uznat za norm\u00e1ln\u00ed stav, kdy pr\u00e1vn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost l\u00e9ka\u0159e za smrt matky je nesrovnateln\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e odpov\u011bdnost za zni\u010den\u00ed plodu, co\u017e provokuje l\u00e9ka\u0159e a jejich prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm pacienty k um\u011bl\u00e9mu p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. L\u00e9ka\u0159 mus\u00ed n\u00e9st maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost za stanoven\u00ed diagn\u00f3zy, kter\u00e1 by mohla \u017eenu p\u0159im\u011bt k ukon\u010den\u00ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legislativa mnoha zem\u00ed stanov\u00ed, \u017ee proveden\u00ed potratu vy\u017eaduje dobrovoln\u00fd informovan\u00fd souhlas \u017eeny, co\u017e p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 mo\u017enost sezn\u00e1mit \u017eenu se v\u0161emi mor\u00e1ln\u00edmi, psychick\u00fdmi, zdravotn\u00edmi a jin\u00fdmi d\u016fsledky jej\u00edho rozhodnut\u00ed. Poradenstv\u00ed by nem\u011blo b\u00fdt zam\u011b\u0159eno na z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed souhlasu \u017eeny s interrupc\u00ed, ale naopak by m\u011blo b\u00fdt zam\u011b\u0159eno na z\u00e1chranu \u017eivota d\u00edt\u011bte a poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoci budouc\u00ed matce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159emlouv\u00e1n\u00ed nebo doporu\u010den\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f nebo jin\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edk\u016f, kter\u00e1 povzbuzuj\u00ed t\u011bhotnou \u017eenu k rozhodnut\u00ed o potratu, jsou nep\u0159ijateln\u00e1. Je nep\u0159ijateln\u00e1 i praxe prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed potrat\u016f v den, kdy se \u017eena obr\u00e1tila na sv\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159e a dozv\u011bd\u011bla se o t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, proto\u017ee tato praxe umo\u017e\u0148uje spont\u00e1nn\u00ed a nezvratn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed o potratu, \u010dasto v nestabiln\u00edm du\u0161evn\u00edm stavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve zdravotnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch by m\u011bla existovat protipotratov\u00e1 konzulta\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eba, do kter\u00e9 by byli zapojeni zdravotn\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00edci, duchovn\u00ed nebo jin\u00ed z\u00e1stupci n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fdch organizac\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nou pravomoc\u00ed. Na informa\u010dn\u00edch stojanech v prenat\u00e1ln\u00edch poradn\u00e1ch je nutn\u00e9 um\u00edstit podrobn\u00e9 informace o v\u00fdvoji \u010dlov\u011bka od okam\u017eiku po\u010det\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je nep\u0159ijateln\u00e1 fet\u00e1ln\u00ed terapie, kter\u00e1 zahrnuje pou\u017eit\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed a org\u00e1n\u016f lidsk\u00fdch embry\u00ed potracen\u00fdch v r\u016fzn\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00edch v\u00fdvoje, pro v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely, stejn\u011b jako pro l\u00e9\u010dbu nemoc\u00ed. C\u00edrkev, kter\u00e1 potrat odsuzuje jako smrteln\u00fd h\u0159\u00edch, pro n\u011bj nem\u016f\u017ee naj\u00edt omluvu, i kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo m\u016f\u017ee z\u00edskat zdravotn\u00ed v\u00fdhody ze zni\u010den\u00ed po\u010dat\u00e9ho lidsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Takov\u00e1 praxe, kter\u00e1 nevyhnuteln\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed a komercializaci potrat\u016f (i kdy\u017e jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost, v sou\u010dasnosti hypotetick\u00e1, byla v\u011bdecky prok\u00e1z\u00e1na), je p\u0159\u00edkladem nemravnosti a je svou povahou odsouzen\u00edhodn\u00e1. Krom\u011b toho je nep\u0159ijateln\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvat embryon\u00e1ln\u00ed materi\u00e1l pro komer\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely, pro omlazen\u00ed t\u011bla, v oblasti estetick\u00e9 medic\u00edny a kosmetologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9koli manipulace s embryi, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed jejich zab\u00edjen\u00ed, jsou nep\u0159ijateln\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potratov\u00e1 antikoncepce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edrkev pova\u017euje za nep\u0159ijateln\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed potratov\u00fdch antikoncep\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f, proto\u017ee jejich \u00fa\u010dinek vede ke smrti embrya v ran\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00edch jeho v\u00fdvoje, co\u017e se z\u00e1sadn\u011b neli\u0161\u00ed od potratu. Krom\u011b toho pou\u017eit\u00ed takov\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit nenapraviteln\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed zdrav\u00ed \u017eeny. L\u00e9ky, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed abortivn\u00ed povahu, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem ozna\u010deny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed hormon\u00e1ln\u00edch nebo jin\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou v\u00e9st ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b plodu, by se m\u011bli man\u017eel\u00e9 po celou dobu l\u00e9\u010dby zdr\u017eet pohlavn\u00edho styku, proto\u017ee by mohl v\u00e9st k po\u010det\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b k mo\u017en\u00e9 smrti plodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prenat\u00e1ln\u00ed diagnostika<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenat\u00e1ln\u00ed diagnostika \u010dasto umo\u017e\u0148uje v\u010dasnou l\u00e9\u010dbu z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jak p\u0159ed, tak po narozen\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte. V p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy je prenat\u00e1ln\u00ed diagnostika v\u010detn\u011b genetick\u00e9 diagnostiky ur\u010dena k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b d\u00edt\u011bte ve stavu v\u00fdvoje, je mor\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e1 a neli\u0161\u00ed se od \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho jin\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho postupu, jeho\u017e c\u00edlem je z\u00e1chrana lidsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota a uzdraven\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenat\u00e1ln\u00ed diagnostika je p\u0159ijateln\u00e1, pokud v\u00fdkon neohro\u017euje \u017eivot nebo fyzickou celistvost nenarozen\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte nebo matky; kdy diagnostika m\u016f\u017ee poskytnout informace, kter\u00e9 pomohou rodi\u010d\u016fm v p\u00e9\u010di o jejich d\u00edt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bohu\u017eel v\u00fdsledky prenat\u00e1ln\u00ed diagnostiky \u010dasto nevedou k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b nemoci, ale k potratu \u201eze zdravotn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f\u201c. Je to d\u00e1no mimo jin\u00e9 t\u00edm, \u017ee z pohledu legislativy \u0159ady zem\u00ed je odpov\u011bdnost l\u00e9ka\u0159e za \u017eivot matky vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e za \u017eivot nenarozen\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte, ob\u010das l\u00e9ka\u0159 nenese za \u017eivot d\u00edt\u011bte v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dnou odpov\u011bdnost. Za t\u011bchto podm\u00ednek je \u017eena n\u011bkdy vystavena siln\u00e9mu psychick\u00e9mu n\u00e1tlaku, a to i ze strany l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f, kdy\u017e jsou u jej\u00edho plodu objeveny ur\u010dit\u00e9 abnormality. Takov\u00fd tlak je nep\u0159ijateln\u00fd. \u017divot d\u00edt\u011bte mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zachov\u00e1n bez ohledu na v\u00fdsledky prenat\u00e1ln\u00ed diagnostiky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je nep\u0159ijateln\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvat metody genetick\u00e9ho testov\u00e1n\u00ed ve vztahu k po\u010dat\u00e9mu plodu za \u00fa\u010delem v\u00fdb\u011bru po\u017eadovan\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed nenarozen\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte, v\u010detn\u011b jeho pohlav\u00ed, proto\u017ee to vede k zab\u00edjen\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nepro\u0161ly selekc\u00ed ve f\u00e1zi sv\u00e9ho embryon\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdvoje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zlep\u0161en\u00ed genov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed v nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch letech m\u016f\u017ee umo\u017enit korigovat genetick\u00e9 vlastnosti embrya v nejran\u011bj\u0161\u00edch f\u00e1z\u00edch jeho v\u00fdvoje a t\u0159eba i odstranit genetick\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Takov\u00fd z\u00e1sah v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt spojen s rizikem, v\u010detn\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00ed nebo dokonce smrti d\u00edt\u011bte.
