Co o n\u011bm \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Typikon \u2013 kniha bohoslu\u017eebn\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9lka p\u016fstu \u2013 40 dn\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed p\u016fst za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 15. listopadu podle nov\u00e9ho stylu (28. listopadu podle star\u00e9ho stylu), a 25. prosince (7. ledna) se ji\u017e slav\u00ed sv\u00e1tek Narozen\u00ed P\u00e1n\u011b a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd p\u016fst nen\u00ed. J\u00ed se pouze jednou po 9. liturgick\u00e9 hodin\u011b, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 3. hodin\u011b odpoledne, a to jenom studen\u00e1 (neva\u0159en\u00e1) strava \u2013 chl\u00e9b, nakl\u00e1dan\u00e1 nebo \u010derstv\u00e1 zelenina, su\u0161en\u00e9 ovoce a o\u0159echy bez oleje a v\u00edna. V&nbsp;\u00faterky a \u010dtvrtky lze ochucovat j\u00eddlo olejem a p\u00edt v\u00edno. V&nbsp;soboty a ned\u011ble je p\u016fst docela m\u00edrn\u00fd, v\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed si mohou dovolit nejen olej a v\u00edno, ale i rybu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O vybran\u00fdch sv\u00e1tc\u00edch je m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u016fst<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na Uveden\u00ed p\u0159esvat\u00e9 Bohorodice do chr\u00e1mu bez ohledu na den v t\u00fddnu se dodr\u017euj\u00ed pravidla sobot a ned\u011bl\u00ed, dovoluje se ryba. Ve dnech uct\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch svat\u00fdch, pokud p\u0159ipadaj\u00ed na \u00fater\u00fd nebo \u010dtvrtek, se j\u00ed ryba, a kdy\u017e p\u0159ipadnou na pond\u011bl\u00ed, st\u0159edu nebo p\u00e1tek, j\u00ed se olej a pije se v\u00edno: sv. apo\u0161tola Matou\u0161e (16. \/ 29. 11.), sv. mu\u010dedn\u00edka Klementa \u0158\u00edmsk\u00e9ho (25. \/ 8. 12.), sv. apo\u0161tola Ond\u0159eje (30. \/ 13. 12.), mu\u010dednice Barbory (4. \/ 17. 12.), ctihodn\u00e9ho S\u00e1vy Osv\u00edcen\u00e9ho (5. \/ 18. 12.), sv. Mikul\u00e1\u0161e (6. \/ 19. 12.), sv\u00e1tek po\u010det\u00ed p\u0159esvat\u00e9 Bohorodice (9. \/ 22. 12.), sv. proroka Daniela (17. \/ 30. 12.), sv. mu\u010dedn\u00edka Ignatia Bohonosce (20. 12. \/ 2. 1.). Pokud se n\u011bjak\u00fd z\u00a0t\u011bchto sv\u00e1tk\u016f slav\u00ed v\u00a0monast\u00fdru jako chr\u00e1mov\u00fd, ryba se m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edst v\u00a0jak\u00fdkoliv den t\u00fddnu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u016fst v&nbsp;p\u0159edve\u010der Narozen\u00ed P\u00e1n\u011b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na \u0160t\u011bdr\u00fd ve\u010der se j\u00ed uva\u0159en\u00e9 j\u00eddlo s&nbsp;olejem a v\u00ednem, ale bez ryby. V&nbsp;Typikonu se tak\u00e9 p\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee \u201ev chud\u00fdch zem\u00edch\u201c v\u00edno m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nahrazeno pivem. Ale ve\u010de\u0159e m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt a\u017e po skon\u010den\u00ed ve\u010dern\u00ed bohoslu\u017eby, cca kolem 16. hodiny. P\u0159i ve\u0161ker\u00fdch uva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edch o p\u016fstu se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v\u00fdraz \u201ebrat\u0159i\u201c, jimi\u017e jsou m\u00edn\u011bni mni\u0161i st\u00e1le \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v&nbsp;monast\u00fdru. Kdy\u017e se zmi\u0148uj\u00ed chr\u00e1mov\u00e9 sv\u00e1tky, zd\u016fraz\u0148uje se, \u017ee jde o monast\u00fdrsk\u00fd chr\u00e1m. O laic\u00edch se p\u00ed\u0161e pouze v&nbsp;souvislosti s&nbsp;ukon\u010den\u00edm p\u016fstu v&nbsp;den Narozen\u00ed P\u00e1n\u011b: \u201ePokud sv\u00e1tek Narozen\u00ed Kristova p\u0159ipadne na st\u0159edu nebo p\u00e1tek, laik\u016fm se dovoluje maso\u2026\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vznik a v\u00fdvoj p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho p\u016fstu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoz\u00ed odborn\u00edci na liturgiku se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00fdchoz\u00edm bodem p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho p\u016fstu byl p\u0159edve\u010der sv\u00e1tku Zjeven\u00ed P\u00e1n\u011b. Tento p\u0159edpoklad vypad\u00e1 velmi v\u011brohodn\u011b. Za prv\u00e9, Kristovo narozen\u00ed a Zjeven\u00ed P\u00e1n\u011b se p\u016fvodn\u011b slavily ve stejn\u00fd den; za druh\u00e9 je p\u016fst v&nbsp;p\u0159edve\u010der Zjeven\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b prastar\u00fd a st\u00e1le existuje. Vzorem pro tento p\u016fst byl nepochybn\u011b ran\u011b k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fd p\u0159edvelikono\u010dn\u00ed p\u016fst, kter\u00fd spo\u010d\u00edval ve zdr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed se jak\u00e9hokoli j\u00eddla po dobu jednoho dne nebo d\u00e9le<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. Rozd\u011blen\u00edm sv\u00e1tk\u016f Narozen\u00ed a Zjeven\u00ed na dva nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 sv\u00e1tky si Narozen\u00ed uchovalo obecnou strukturu bohoslu\u017eby Zjeven\u00ed a z\u00edskalo sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed \u0160t\u011bdr\u00fd ve\u010der, p\u0159ed n\u00edm\u017e byl po n\u011bjak\u00e9 dob\u011b zaveden n\u011bkolikadenn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00fd p\u016fst, stejn\u011b jako p\u0159ed ran\u011b k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fdm velikono\u010dn\u00edm jednodenn\u00edm nebo dvoudenn\u00edm p\u016fstem ji\u017e ve 4. stolet\u00ed vznikl p\u016fst v\u00edcedenn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ji\u017e svat\u00fd Jan Zlato\u00fast\u00fd v&nbsp;jednom ze sv\u00fdch proslov\u016f v&nbsp;Antiochii v&nbsp;roce 386 sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o p\u0159\u00edprav\u00e1ch na Narozen\u00ed Kristovo, kter\u00e9 za\u010d\u00ednaly p\u011bt dn\u00ed p\u0159ed sv\u00e1tkem: \u201eZanedlouho nastane sv\u00e1tek, kter\u00fd je v\u00edce ne\u017e v\u0161echny sv\u00e1tky hoden \u00facty a \u00fadivu a kter\u00fd lze neomyln\u011b nazvat matkou v\u0161ech sv\u00e1tk\u016f. Co je to za sv\u00e1tek? Narozen\u00ed Krista v t\u011ble&#8230; Jsem si jist, \u017ee mnoz\u00ed toho dne p\u0159ijdou a p\u0159istoup\u00ed k&nbsp;t\u00e9to duchovn\u00ed ob\u011bti. Abychom to tedy ne\u010dinili ke \u0161kod\u011b nebo odsouzen\u00ed, ale ke sp\u00e1se na\u0161ich du\u0161\u00ed, varuji v\u00e1s nyn\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1m v\u00e1s, abyste se v\u0161emo\u017en\u011b o\u010distili a pot\u00e9 p\u0159istoupili ke svat\u00fdm Tajin\u00e1m. A\u0165 mi nikdo ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1: styd\u00edm se, m\u00e1m sv\u011bdom\u00ed pln\u00e9 h\u0159\u00edch\u016f, nesu nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed b\u0159emeno. Obdob\u00ed t\u011bchto p\u011bti dn\u016f sta\u010d\u00ed k o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed mnoha h\u0159\u00edch\u016f, pokud z\u016fstane\u0161 st\u0159\u00edzliv\u00fd, bd\u011bl\u00fd a bude\u0161 se modlit.\u201c <a href=\"#_ftn2\" id=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato slova jsou obvykle vn\u00edm\u00e1na jako n\u00e1znak existence p\u011btidenn\u00edho p\u016fstu p\u0159ed Kristov\u00fdm narozen\u00edm ji\u017e na po\u010d\u00e1tku 5. stolet\u00ed. S nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed je tento v\u00fdklad zcela spr\u00e1vn\u00fd; sv\u011btec v\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edmo nehovo\u0159\u00ed o zdr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed se j\u00eddla. Jen si st\u011b\u017euje, \u017ee jeho poslucha\u010di \u201en\u011bkolik dn\u00ed p\u0159ed sv\u00e1tkem vyndaj\u00ed z&nbsp;truhel ty nejlep\u0161\u00ed \u0161aty a daj\u00ed je do po\u0159\u00e1dku, nakoup\u00ed boty, ud\u011blaj\u00ed bohat\u00e9 z\u00e1soby pro hostinu, vym\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed spoustu v\u0161elijak\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edprav a obl\u00e9kaj\u00ed se i zdob\u00ed se v\u0161emi mo\u017en\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby\u201c <a href=\"#_ftn3\" id=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>. M\u00edsto toho je sv\u011btec vyz\u00fdv\u00e1, aby o\u010distili svou du\u0161i a sm\u00ed\u0159ili se s&nbsp;t\u011bmi, kdo je urazili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od 5. stolet\u00ed se na latinsk\u00e9m Z\u00e1pad\u011b postupn\u011b vyv\u00edjely zvyky souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s adventem (lat. p\u0159\u00edchod) \u2013 obdob\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpravy na V\u00e1noce se zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edmi bohoslu\u017ebami, p\u016fstem (zpo\u010d\u00e1tku ve vybran\u00e9 dny, pozd\u011bji po celou dobu adventu nebo pouze v prvn\u00edm t\u00fddnu), z\u00e1kazem s\u0148atk\u016f zaveden\u00fdm v 19. stolet\u00ed. <a id=\"_ftnref4\" href=\"#_ftn4\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"685\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hlas-pravoslavi.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1670384101_33-almode-ru-p-navecherie-rozhdestva-khristova-rozhdestve-35-1024x685.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2498\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hlas-pravoslavi.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1670384101_33-almode-ru-p-navecherie-rozhdestva-khristova-rozhdestve-35-1024x685.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.hlas-pravoslavi.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1670384101_33-almode-ru-p-navecherie-rozhdestva-khristova-rozhdestve-35-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hlas-pravoslavi.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1670384101_33-almode-ru-p-navecherie-rozhdestva-khristova-rozhdestve-35-768x514.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.hlas-pravoslavi.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1670384101_33-almode-ru-p-navecherie-rozhdestva-khristova-rozhdestve-35.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Na V\u00fdchod\u011b zcela jednozna\u010dn\u00e1 sv\u011bdectv\u00ed o p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm p\u016fstu poch\u00e1zej\u00ed pouze z 9.\u201310. stolet\u00ed. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b cenn\u00e9 jsou informace o praktik\u00e1ch Konstantinopole a Palestiny, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b ony se staly z\u00e1kladem n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 pravoslavn\u00e9 tradice. V Konstantinopoli je p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed p\u016fst zm\u00edn\u011bn v&nbsp;konciln\u00edm dokumentu roku 920 naz\u00fdvan\u00e9m Tomos jednoty, kter\u00fd je v\u011bnov\u00e1n probl\u00e9mu druh\u00e9ho s\u0148atku a je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed kanonick\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va pravoslavn\u00e9 c\u00edrkve: \u201e&#8230;dnu Narozen\u00ed Krista Boha na\u0161eho&#8230; [stejn\u011b jako dv\u011bma dal\u0161\u00edm sv\u00e1tk\u016fm: Pas\u0161e a Zesnut\u00ed] &#8230; p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u016fst.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn5\" id=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> Bohu\u017eel se zde neuv\u00e1d\u00ed d\u00e9lka p\u016fstu. Ale v palestinsk\u00e9m kalend\u00e1\u0159i c\u00edrkevn\u00edch sv\u00e1tk\u016f z&nbsp;10. st. zachovan\u00e9m v&nbsp;rukopisu Sinait. geo. 34 bylo p\u0159edeps\u00e1no za\u010d\u00ednat p\u016fst ji\u017e 30. \u0159\u00edjna, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee trval a\u017e 8 t\u00fddn\u016f; zde je v\u0161ak tento p\u016fst zm\u00edn\u011bn jako jeden z \u0159ady podobn\u00fdch 8t\u00fddenn\u00edch p\u016fst\u016f p\u0159ed jin\u00fdmi sv\u00e1tky (m\u011bly by tak trvat po cel\u00fd rok), co\u017e zpochyb\u0148uje jeho realizaci v praxi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existuj\u00ed star\u0161\u00ed texty pojedn\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed o p\u016fstu, ov\u0161em jejich autorstv\u00ed a datov\u00e1n\u00ed vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 pochybnosti badatel\u016f. Jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;takov\u00fdch text\u016f je sb\u00edrka k\u00e1non\u016f p\u0159ipisovan\u00e1 konstantinopolsk\u00e9mu patriarchov\u00ed Nikeforovi Vyznava\u010di (\u2020 828). Badatel\u00e9 se ale shodli na tom, \u017ee j\u00e1dro t\u00e9to sb\u00edrky vzniklo na p\u0159elomu 10.\u201311. stol. Neodkazuj\u00ed na ni ani p\u0159edn\u00ed byzant\u0161t\u00ed kanonist\u00e9: Alexios Aristenos, Jan Zonara a Theodor Balsamon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho Theodor Balsamon (* asi 1140, \u2020 po 1199) p\u0159\u00edmo psal, \u017ee v jeho dob\u011b neexistovaly \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 starov\u011bk\u00e9 k\u00e1nony, kter\u00e9 by zmi\u0148ovaly p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed a petropavlovsk\u00fd p\u016fst. Ve sv\u00e9m koment\u00e1\u0159i k 69. apo\u0161tolsk\u00e9mu pravidlu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: \u201eV\u0161imn\u011bte si z tohoto k\u00e1nonu, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9m slova smyslu existuje [pouze] jeden \u010dty\u0159icetidenn\u00ed p\u016fst vztahuj\u00edc\u00ed se k&nbsp;Pas\u0161e, kdyby existovaly dal\u0161\u00ed, k\u00e1non by je zm\u00ednil tak\u00e9. Pokud se ale n\u011bkdo post\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017e p\u011bt dn\u00ed p\u0159ed sv\u00e1tkem svat\u00fdch apo\u0161tol\u016f a sv\u00e1tkem Narozen\u00ed Krista \u2013 a\u0165 u\u017e z vlastn\u00ed v\u016fle, nebo podle p\u0159edpisu Typikon\u016f \u2013 nebude za to zahanben&#8230; Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed se nepost\u00ed p\u0159ed ka\u017ed\u00fdm z t\u011bchto \u010dty\u0159 sv\u00e1tk\u016f [alespo\u0148 b\u011bhem] povinn\u00e9ho pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho [po\u010dtu dn\u00ed], mus\u00ed b\u00fdt napraveni prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm velk\u00e9 epitimie.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn7\" id=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Typikony, kter\u00e9 zmi\u0148uje Balsamon, jsou sb\u00edrky pravidel r\u016fzn\u00fdch byzantsk\u00fdch monast\u00fdr\u016f. Podle nich p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed p\u016fst trval 40 dn\u00ed ji\u017e od konce 9. stolet\u00ed. Tak ve stanov\u00e1ch Studijsk\u00e9ho monast\u00fdru (\u1f59\u03c0\u03bf-\u03c4\u03cd\u03c0\u03c9\u03c3\u03b9\u03c2) z&nbsp;poloviny 9. stolet\u00ed se tento p\u016fst naz\u00fdv\u00e1 filipovsk\u00fd, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee za\u010d\u00ednal hned po 14. listopadu a trval p\u0159esn\u011b 40 dn\u00ed. Ale ne v\u0161echny dny tohoto obdob\u00ed byly p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b postn\u00edmi, ve sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch dnech, o sobot\u00e1ch a ned\u011bl\u00edch se dovolovaly vejce, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a ryba. Na \u0160t\u011bdr\u00fd ve\u010der, po ve\u010dern\u00ed a liturgii, brat\u0159i mohli j\u00edst rybu, a kdy\u017e tento den p\u0159ipadal na sobotu nebo ned\u011bli, r\u00e1no se jedlo kolivo a chl\u00e9b, pilo se v\u00edno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch typikonech je patrn\u00e1 tendence ke zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bn\u00ed p\u016fstu. Podle p\u016fvodn\u00edho studijsk\u00e9ho typikonu jsou v postn\u00edch dnech dovolena dv\u011b j\u00eddla o dvou chodech: ze zeleniny s rostlinn\u00fdm olejem a z lu\u0161t\u011bnin bez oleje a tak\u00e9 dv\u011b skleni\u010dky v\u00edna. Ale jeho o n\u011bco pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed modifikace vznikl\u00e1 v monast\u00fdrech ji\u017en\u00ed It\u00e1lie zmi\u0148uje pouze jedno j\u00eddlo denn\u011b.<a href=\"#_ftn8\" id=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a> A v&nbsp;pravidlech sv. Atanasia Athosk\u00e9ho, sestaven\u00fdch na konci 10. stolet\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jsou z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159epracov\u00e1n\u00edm studijsk\u00e9ho typikonu, se k p\u0159edpisu p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00e1kaz konzumace rostlinn\u00e9ho oleje a v\u00edna v pond\u011bl\u00ed, st\u0159edu a p\u00e1tek.<a href=\"#_ftn9\" id=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b 11. stolet\u00ed v Byzanci s\u00edlilo hnut\u00ed za obnovu a o\u017eiven\u00ed monast\u00fdrsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Od t\u00e9 doby definitivn\u011b miz\u00ed zm\u00ednky o konzumaci ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f ve sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch dnech p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho p\u016fstu, konzumace ryby se omezuje na \u00fazk\u00fd okruh sv\u00e1tk\u016f, z nich\u017e je vylou\u010den \u0160t\u011bdr\u00fd ve\u010der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je t\u011b\u017eko \u0159\u00edct, zda je modern\u00ed praxe \u0159eck\u00fdch c\u00edrkv\u00ed, kde p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed p\u016fst trv\u00e1 v monast\u00fdrech \u010dty\u0159icet dn\u00ed, ale mezi laiky pouze t\u00fdden, d\u011bdictv\u00edm star\u00fdch byzantsk\u00fdch tradic, nebo pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edm povolen\u00edm. V&nbsp;arm\u00e9nsk\u00e9 c\u00edrkvi trv\u00e1 p\u016fst p\u0159ed Zjeven\u00edm P\u00e1n\u011b (kter\u00e9 nen\u00ed odd\u011bleno od sv\u00e1tku Narozen\u00ed Kristova) p\u011bt dn\u00ed (od 1. do 5. ledna). P\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00ed mu je\u0161t\u011b dva p\u016fsty: od 19. do 23. listopadu a od 10. do 14. prosince, z nich\u017e prvn\u00ed (ne-li oba) pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b vznikl v dob\u011b k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u00fdch v\u00fdprav pod vlivem latinsk\u00e9ho adventu. U Kopt\u016f p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed p\u016fst trv\u00e1 43 dn\u00ed (od 25. listopadu do 6. ledna n. l.), ale prvn\u00ed t\u0159i dny jsou interpretov\u00e1ny jako pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00eddavek, bez nich se trv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fstu shoduje s pravoslavn\u00fdm. \u010cty\u0159icetidenn\u00ed p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed p\u016fst kdysi praktikovali i v&nbsp;syrsk\u00e9 jakobitsk\u00e9 c\u00edrkvi, byl v\u0161ak zkr\u00e1cen na 24 nebo 25 dn\u00ed a od roku 1946 byla rozhodnut\u00edm patriarchy Efrema I. Bar Sauma jeho d\u00e9lka stanovena na 10 dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem mnoha stalet\u00ed se koncept p\u016fstu m\u011bnil. Kdysi v&nbsp;ran\u00e9 c\u00edrkvi p\u016fst znamenal \u00fapln\u00e9 zdr\u017een\u00ed se j\u00eddla b\u011bhem dne a konzumace mal\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed j\u00eddla ve\u010der. Pouh\u00e9 vylou\u010den\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch potravin \u2013 masa, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, vajec \u2013 se za p\u016fst nepova\u017eovalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S rozvojem monast\u00fdrsk\u00fdch pravidel obdob\u00ed vylou\u010den\u00ed \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch potravin nahrazovala skute\u010dn\u00e9 postn\u00ed dny, ub\u00fdvalo jich i kv\u016fli n\u00e1r\u016fstu po\u010dtu sv\u00e1tk\u016f. V&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b takov\u00fdch dn\u00ed, kdy se nej\u00ed v\u016fbec, je velmi m\u00e1lo, a p\u016fst znamen\u00e1 zm\u011bnu slo\u017een\u00ed pokrm\u016f, nikoli v\u0161ak jejich mno\u017estv\u00ed. Takov\u00e1 omezen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee bez zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed dodr\u017eet ka\u017ed\u00fd (samoz\u0159ejm\u011b s v\u00fdjimkou t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed objektivn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed kontraindikace).
